PSG are reportedly preparing an unprecedented contract offer for manager Luis Enrique, reflecting the club’s desire to secure his services long-term.
Enrique, who joined PSG in 2023 as the successor to Christophe Galtier, has quickly transformed the team. He led the Parisians to their first-ever UEFA Champions League title last season, cementing his place in the club’s history.
Across 143 matches in all competitions, Enrique has recorded 98 wins, 26 draws, and 19 defeats, giving him an impressive 68.53% win rate.
With his current contract set to expire in 2027, Paris are said to be seriously considering a “lifetime contract,” according to Diario AS, aiming to keep the Spaniard at the helm for as long as possible.
PSG Reward Manager After Historic Champions League Triumph
The club views Enrique as a central figure in PSG’s future, praising his ability to maintain consistent success while shaping the team for years to come.
Last weekend, PSG cruised to a 4-0 victory over fifth-tier side Vendee Fontenay Foot, with goals from Desire Doue, Ousmane Dembele, and a brace from Goncalo Ramos.
Enrique praised his squad’s performance while emphasizing the importance of preparation and professionalism, even against lower-tier opposition.
Reflecting on PSG’s historic 2025, Enrique said, “It is historic for the club… If we consider the calendar year of 2025, it is clear that it is a remarkable year for the club and the Parisians. We are happy and look forward to the Christmas break before returning to focus on the remainder of the season.”
